Professional Experience
Dr. Changhee Lee earned degrees in piano performance from the Université de Montréal and the Eastman School of Music, specializing in keyboard improvisation. He is a versatile musician with extensive experience as a collaborative pianist, church musician, teacher, composer, and jazz pianist. He has previously taught both undergraduate and graduate level courses at McGill University, the Université de Montréal, and the Eastman School of Music, and currently serves as Assistant Professor of Music Performance at the BNU-HKBU United International College in China.
Teaching & Other Details
If you want to improve your piano playing, musicianship (ear training, keyboard skills), your improvisation skills, or your knowledge of music theory, whether for exam prep or simply for personal gain, my lessons are designed for you. You can bring me questions or exercises that you need help with or I can provide personalized material for you. I would highly recommend having some staff paper and/or a keyboard at the ready to maximize your learning experience. The first lesson is free! Lessons are offered in English or French.
